Terms and Conditions
1. General information
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services and the purchase of Gift Cards through ikithaimassagespa.com, owned by IKI THAI MASSAGE SPA SL.
Making a booking or purchase implies that these terms have been read, understood and fully accepted.
2. Bookings
All treatments must be booked in advance. Bookings may be made by phone or WhatsApp, by email or in person at the spa.
A booking will only be considered confirmed once the client has received explicit confirmation from Iki Thai Massage Spa.
- •For Friday, weekend and bank holiday bookings, as well as long treatments, group bookings or private jacuzzi services, prepayment may be required.
- •If a specific therapist is requested, the spa will do its best to accommodate the request, although this cannot be guaranteed in every case.
3. Changes and cancellations
Any change or cancellation must be notified at least 24 hours in advance. For groups or private jacuzzi services, at least 48 hours' notice is required.
Bookings made with less than 24 hours' notice cannot be modified or cancelled.
- •If these deadlines are not respected, the amount paid or the Gift Card will lose its validity without refund or compensation.
4. Punctuality
Clients are advised to arrive at least 15 minutes early.
Delays of more than 5 minutes may result in the duration of the treatment being shortened accordingly.
Delays of more than 15 minutes without prior notice may lead to cancellation without refund.
5. Prices and payment methods
All prices shown on the website are expressed in euros and include VAT where applicable.
Iki Thai Massage Spa reserves the right to change its prices at any time. The price in force at the time of booking or purchase will apply.
- •Credit or debit card via secure payment gateway.
- •Cash.
- •Bank transfer, once proof of payment has been received.
6. Gift cards
Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
To redeem a Gift Card, an appointment must be booked in advance and the code or digital/printed document must be presented.
- •If the chosen treatment has a higher price, the difference must be paid.
- •If the chosen treatment has a lower price, the remaining balance may be used on future visits during the validity period.
- •Gift Cards are non-refundable in whole or in part.
7. House rules
Suitable clothing is provided for each treatment and Iki Thai Massage Spa accepts no responsibility for forgotten or lost personal belongings.
- •Please maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere.
- •Mobile phones must remain silent or switched off.
- •Outside food or drink is not allowed.
- •Access or treatment may be denied to anyone under the influence of alcohol.
8. Health conditions
Please inform us of any health condition, allergy or injury that could affect the treatment when making your booking.
We offer specific treatments for pregnancy, although some treatments are not recommended during the first trimester.
Guests under 16 may only enter when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Guests aged 16 to 18 require written authorisation.
9. Invoicing and data protection
After payment is confirmed, the client will receive proof of purchase by email.
Personal data provided will be processed by IKI THAI MASSAGE SPA SL for the purpose of managing the booking or purchase and, where appropriate, sending commercial information.
